1. Low crime rate
2. Good school system
3. Low cost of living and housing for the region
4. Affordable place to live
5. Beautiful view of the mountains
6. An overall good place to live and raise a family
Cons:
1. Extremely rapid population growth
2. A whole bunch of religious organizations trying to shove their beliefs down your throat
3. No major league sports teams
